Born in Knoxville and raised in Pennsylvania, James has lived across the country and brings a wide range of hands-on experience from many different industries. He shares a deep connection to the mission of Seeds of Change, finding purpose in helping others get a second chance while growing alongside a team that shares his values.

Outside of work, James enjoys working on cars, playing guitar, staying active, gaming and spending time with his cat, Homer.
