Exciting News: Seeds of Change has been selected as one of the REDF Accelerator fellows for 2020!

RedF is a one-of-a-kind accelerator. Their mission is to invest in and advise high-impact social enterprises to employ and empower people overcoming barriers to work.

How does this help Seeds of Change? As an innovator in East Tennessee, we are being equipped to better our efforts to create jobs and reinvest our earnings in skill development, training, and services for our employees as a social enterprise. We will be unfolding a 9 month program this season that focuses on developing hard skills, soft skills, and personal-readiness for securing a long term career in East Tennessee.

This accelerator brings together an incredible group of talented social enterprise leaders to develop the business, marketing, and leadership skills to grow their enterprises. We are excited to take advantage of the expertise from from the 17 other Fellows and their organizations represented from all over the country.
