We’re a Knoxville-based landscape design & construction team committed to transforming landscapes, and in-turn, transforming lives through our Second-Chance team member program.

Seeds of Change is a Knoxville landscaping company with a social good impact. We partner with local nonprofits to provide meaningful employment and professional lawn and landscaping services. Displaying excellence, integrity, and reliability in every aspect of what we do is so important to us.

At Seeds of Change, we’re all about turning your backyard dreams into reality. Whether you’re looking to design a beautiful new landscape, add some stylish hardscaping, or install a relaxing pool, we’ve got you covered.
From planning to planting, we handle every step of your outdoor transformation. Our services include design, constructions, and to make sure your yard looks great and works well for your needs. Need an outdoor fireplace, beautiful flower garden, a sturdy retaining wall, or a sparkling new pool? We can do that too.

Our mission is to help you enjoy your outdoor spaces year-round, whether it’s by designing and building something new, refreshing your garden with some fresh mulch, or doing a complete makeover. Who We Hire
Many of our team members are eager to work but their past restricts them, we look beyond their past and look to their future. We don’t hide or cover up our stories and where we have been, instead we openly share them. But we share with a purpose; to show where we are going, the finish-line. We do this because we understand that narratives are powerful. They have the power to define a person’s life.
Many of our team members have been told that their narrative is set-in-stone, that their future is locked in place. We disagree with this and urge them continue their narrative. This is where Seeds of Change comes in. We provide them an integrity-rooted environment where continued personal transformation and positive growth can flourish. We provide them an honest way to earn a living, surround them with peers who will call them to better, and point them towards the Truth.
This is how we are able to instill dignity within our company and our team members. We’re so adamant about this that we want to introduce each one of our team members and their stories; who they are and where they are going. Our Vision
At Seeds of Change, our aim is to transform lives by transforming landscapes. We approach our work from a social-good perspective by giving back to our community through job creation and support for outdoor service projects. It is more than mowing lawns, crafting hardscapes or even creating dream backyards. Our vision is to honor the dignity of people through providing meaningful work and building a positive community.
How do we accomplish that through landscaping and lawn care in Knoxville and the surrounding areas? Our avenue is to connect to our incredible local network of partner organizations. They are the fuel in empowering and training an underserved workforce. Our Partners include: Knoxville Leadership Foundation, krēd, The Change Center, Habitat for Humanity, FOCUS Group Ministries, Volunteer Ministry Center, Raise the Tree, KARM, Operation Hope, Knox Worx, True Purpose Ministries, and more!
