Matt K.
A Farragut, TN native, Matt's roots run deep in the community, with his mother's family having lived there for over 125 years. Before Seeds of Change, Matt worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years.
Seven years ago, Matt joined Seeds of Change and quickly proved his leadership potential. Starting with no prior landscaping experience, he rose to crew lead within a year, then became HOA Division Manager, and the following year, Maintenance Division Manager. Now Matt serves as the TPM & Aeration Manager. He is passionate about the mission of Seeds and
When he's not contributing to the growth of Seeds of Change, Matt enjoys the outdoors, pursuing hobbies like fishing, camping, and hiking, and playing sports such as basketball, golf, and softball. His deepest passion, however, lies in nurturing his faith and relationship with God. He is excited to see what the future holds for him and Seeds of Change, trusting in the path he feels he's being led on.
