Meet
Vic L.
A Tennessee native and University of Tennessee graduate, Vic's career has taken him from finance to playground construction (leading 12-person crews!) and landscape management before landing at Seeds of Change.
Vic first served as HOA Division Manager before transitioning into his current role as Logistics & Procurement Manager, where he also handles some daily operations. This role aligns with his character because it allows Vic to be an influencer and leader, demonstrating that setbacks don't define you and that redemption and a productive life are always possible.
When he's not at Seeds, Vic enjoys the gym, sports, playing guitar, adventures with his daughter, movies, and reading. He values the authenticity that each person brings and believes in acceptance and creating a place where everyone feels they belong. Let your freak flag fly high!!
